Delivery and click and collect is available at Corcovado. 

Select your preferred option when you reach the Shipping Method section of our website checkout pages. Further information is below:

Delivery of Furniture and over-sized items

We deliver all over NZ every day.  All deliveries are undertaken in a safe, contactless way as required.

Require Door to Door Delivery?

For delivery to your home of larger items of furniture or oversized items please choose the shipping option "Pay for delivery to your address" on the checkout page. It will look like 0.01.

If you select this option we will email you advising you of the best delivery fee we can arrange after you have completed your order online.

Please email us if you’d like a door to door delivery quote prior to purchasing online. 

Delivery of Homewares and courier-size packages

Shipping charges for homewares are normally calculated at checkout. 

The price will vary depending on the weight, size or type of homeware item you purchase, or how many homewares items you purchase. The courier charges for homewares items can range from $9.90 - $29.90 for delivery, depending on the volume and your location. 

Normally the delivery charge is confirmed at checkout (once your delivery address has been entered), however for multiple items we may have to contact you once you have placed your order to confirm the final delivery fee, if it is not aut-calculated. 

Delivery Process

We use a range of trusted couriers and specialist freight forwarders for our New Zealand orders.  

Mainfreight to Home is our freight partner for furniture and larger items. Mainfreight have also recently advised their Covid-19 Safety Protocols. You can read these here

Please also note:

  • We cannot deliver to a PO Box address.
  • A delivery address cannot be changed once we have dispatched your items. 
  • We will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver an item due to incorrect address information.

Delivery time will depend on the item you ordered and your location. Deliveries will take longer in Level 3, and if you live in a regional area or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Click and Collect

When ordering online, select the preferred collection point of Auckland or Christchurch. 

In Auckland you can choose to collect from our Grey Lynn store or our Penrose warehouse.

In Christchurch you can choose to collect from our Victoria St store or our Sydenham warehouse.

Purchase in Store

We have two retail spaces in NZ. You can purchase directly in store. We endeavour to keep good levels of our best sellers in both stores. However, due to demand, not all of our products are in both stores all the time. 

Auckland:

Open Wednesday to Sunday currently: 10am - 3pm.
