Delivery


We deliver throughout New Zealand including furniture delivery to Northland, Auckland, Tauranga, New Plymouth, Wellington, Nelson, Queenstown, Wanaka, Cromwell, Dunedin and Invercargill.

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU HAVE A RURAL DELIVERY ADDRESS, EXTRA DELIVERY CHARGES WILL APPLY.  WE WILL CONTACT YOU ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PLACED.

HOMEWARES AND LIGHTING

Shipping charges for homewares and lighting is calculated at checkout (once your delivery address has been entered).

The shipping fee will depend on weight, size, product type, quantity and your location. Shipping fees are noted under the product description.

Delivery Process

We use a range of trusted couriers and specialist freight forwarders for our New Zealand orders.  

Please note:

  • We cannot deliver to a PO Box address.
  • A delivery address cannot be changed once we have dispatched your items. 
  • We will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver an item due to incorrect address information.

FURNITURE AND BULKY ITEMS 

Once you have placed your order we will arrange for your selected items to be delivered to you directly.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout online, based on the quantity of your order, the cubic meterage of the items selected and your location.

Most furniture items fall within the $79 - $139 range for door to door delivery.

Delivery Timeline

We will contact you once your order is prepared and ready to be dispatched, to confirm the delivery timeline. 

Delivery times will depend on the item(s) ordered, your location and sometimes the weather as this can impact ferry crossings.  Long weekends, and busy holiday periods can also impact delivery timeframes.  However from our experience most deliveries will occur within 5-8 working days of collection by the freight companies from our Christchurch warehouse. 

Deliveries occur Monday - Friday. Our team will call or email you regarding your order and the best time to schedule delivery for you, if it is a larger item.

Free Pick Up for Christchurch Customers

If you live in Christchurch you can also opt to click and collect. 

Simply choose the shipping method "Free Christchurch pick up" at the checkout online. This is available to customers with a Christchurch address only (as our products are located in Christchurch).
