Large Sumba Stone Statue (on metal stand)

Created on the island of Sumba in Indonesia, this large, heavy statue is made of volcanic paras stone. Carved by hand, each piece is individual and unique, and is secured in place by a metal base.

The size and natural markings on each statue will differ slightly from statue to statue, as is the nature of making something by hand.
